Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how BundleMask handles information through its software, website, licensing/activation services, billing integration, and support contact.
1. Support-bundle contents
The BundleMask masking workflow is designed to process support-bundle and log contents locally on the machine where BundleMask runs. BundleMask does not upload support-bundle contents or send bundle-content telemetry as part of that masking workflow.
Local dictionaries, debug logs, or working files can contain sensitive values and are intended to remain under your control. You are responsible for protecting or deleting those local artifacts as appropriate.
2. Information the public website may collect
The public website is served through normal web infrastructure. Server and security logs may record technical information such as IP address, request time, requested path, browser/user-agent information, response status, and related diagnostic data. This information is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
The current review-only website does not use its own advertising trackers and does not collect payment-card information.
3. Licensing and activation data
When licensing or email activation is enabled, BundleMask services may process information needed to issue and validate licenses, such as an email address, request/installation identifiers, product version, plan/billing selection, license status, timestamps, and technical identifiers used for machine/node binding. These systems are not designed to receive support-bundle contents.
4. Billing
When production checkout is enabled, Paddle is expected to process payment and billing information for Paddle transactions as merchant of record. BundleMask may receive transaction, customer, subscription, plan, billing-status, and other records needed to provision and maintain an entitlement. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored in the BundleMask public website.
5. Transactional email
When activation or transactional email is enabled, an email-delivery provider may process the recipient address, delivery status, and related message metadata needed to deliver operational messages. BundleMask does not use those operational messages to transmit support-bundle contents.
6. Service providers
BundleMask may rely on infrastructure, payment, DNS/domain, certificate, and email-delivery providers to operate the public service. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies and only for the functions for which they are used.
7. Retention and security
Operational, account, licensing, billing, and security records are retained only as reasonably needed for service operation, fraud/security controls, subscription management, support, accounting, dispute handling, backup/recovery, or legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no Internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or other treatment of personal information. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record obligations.
