Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of BundleMask software, websites, downloads, licensing services, and related services. BundleMask is the seller/product brand used for this website and software.
1. Product
BundleMask is software for preparing diagnostic support bundles and logs for external sharing. Its workflow can scan and prepare files, mask configured sensitive-value categories, validate the anonymized result, and create a send-ready archive.
BundleMask is a data-reduction and privacy tool, not a guarantee that every possible confidential, personal, regulated, or sensitive value will be detected. You remain responsible for reviewing what you share and for complying with the policies and laws that apply to your data.
2. Subscriptions and licenses
BundleMask may offer Standard and Pro subscriptions billed monthly or annually. The current public prices and included features are shown on the Pricing page. A paid subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the licensed edition during the active subscription term, subject to the activation limits and technical controls presented with the product.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, pricing is intended per activated machine/node. Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, bypassing license controls, or using a license beyond its authorized scope is not permitted.
3. Billing and renewal
When production checkout is enabled, payment processing for Paddle transactions is handled by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record/reseller for those transactions. Subscription terms, taxes, receipts, payment-method handling, and buyer rights may also be governed by Paddle's buyer terms and applicable law.
Recurring subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or annual period until canceled. You may cancel to stop future renewal. Refund eligibility is described in the BundleMask Refund and Cancellation Policy and, for Paddle transactions, Paddle's applicable buyer/refund terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use BundleMask to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the service or licensing infrastructure. You may not attempt to extract or misuse protected credentials, signing keys, or service secrets.
5. Updates and availability
BundleMask may receive fixes, compatibility updates, security improvements, and feature changes. Features can differ by edition and release. We may change or discontinue non-paid preview functionality, and may make reasonable changes to paid functionality where necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance, or product development.
6. Your data and privacy
The BundleMask masking workflow is designed to process support-bundle contents locally. The website, licensing, activation, billing, and email systems may process limited account and operational data as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not intentionally submit support-bundle contents through billing, account, or contact forms.
7. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BundleMask is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that every sensitive value will be detected, that every file format will be supported, or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. Mandatory statutory rights are not excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BundleMask will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the software. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated as the product and legal requirements change. The current version will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be handled as required by applicable law and the applicable payment-provider terms.
